Landing Gear Services, Inc. is a repair station specializing in landing gear for commercial aircraft. It operates in a 20,000 sq. ft. facility in the city of Medley, Florida. The facility is 4 miles from Miami International Airport. Though licensed for a number of different landing gear systems, LGS primarily does the landing gear for the full range of B737 aircraft. By narrowly focusing on the B737, we have permanent setups of machines and our personnel have detailed knowledge of the parts. This greatly minimized learning, and we therefore are the most competitive in the industry.

Management

Though the facility is relatively young, the management staff is the most experienced in the landing gear overhaul segment of commercial aircraft. General Manager, Ned Angene, has 42 years experience and within that experience started Menasco Overhaul that is now part of the Goodrich Corp., Cleveland Pneumatic Overhaul that is also now part of the Goodrich Corp, Castle Precision Industries and AAR Landing Gear.

The remaining management staff all have many years at one or more of the above companies.

All other personnel have long experience with landing gear systems at various companies.
